Boyle Heights | Disco-Themed Guest Shift

Chicas on the Rocks took over Holiday Bar in Boyle Heights for a disco-inspired cocktail night featuring a custom menu crafted with Mijenta Tequila, Banhez Mezcal, and Condesa Gin.

Guests enjoyed DJ sets by DJ Bellatini, tacos by Lance Dislikes, and Studio 54–inspired vibes — with $1 from every cocktail donated to Latino Equality Alliance, supporting the Latine/x LGBTQ+ community.

Echo Park | Special Guest Shift

Chicas on the Rocks teamed up with Babes Behind the Bar for a Galentine’s Day takeover at Bar Flores, featuring a limited-edition cocktail menu full of bold, nostalgic flavors.

Highlights included the “Diet Dr Kelp” with Oaxacan rum and cherry bitters, and the “Kelp Shake” — a kelp-infused gin cocktail with melon, piña, matcha, and sesame salt.

DTLA | Themed Guest Shift

Chicas on the Rocks took over Flamingo Bar in DTLA for a Tiki Zombie–themed cocktail night featuring a custom menu crafted with Madre Mezcal, Condesa Gin, Milagro Tequila, Maker’s Mark, and Siete Misterios.

Guests were invited to show up in their best tiki attire and sip bold, tropical-inspired cocktails — because all zombies get in free.

Playful, spirited, and a little undead.

Silver Lake | Special Guest Shift

Chicas on the Rocks joined Nuda Nights at Bar Nuda in Silver Lake for a fully zero-proof cocktail takeover.

Featuring guest bartender Grace Perez of Chicas on the Rocks, the night showcased elevated alcohol-free cocktails, a live cumbia performance, and a community-focused menu with proceeds from one featured drink donated to Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA), supporting immigrant families nationwide.

Adults only. 100% alcohol-free. Thoughtful, intentional, and community-driven.

DTLA | A Guest Shift

Chicas on the Rocks took over Damian in DTLA for a one-night-only cocktail collaboration.

The menu featured seasonal, house-made elements — including a sandía shrub that stole the show — with $1 from every cocktail sold donated to Save the Children.

Silverlake | Jorge’s Office Hours

Chicas on the Rocks joined the team at All Day Baby for a series of high-energy nighttime takeovers dubbed "Jorge’s Office Hours." Celebrating ADB’s 5th anniversary and the holiday season, the Chicas stepped behind the bar to serve up curated cocktails featuring premium Mexican spirits.

The residency was a true "restaurant family" affair, featuring guest shifts alongside the team from Damian and world-class botanas (bar snacks) provided by Ditroit DTLA. A celebration of community, industry friendship, and the best tostadas in Silver Lake.

Silverlake | Jorge’s Birthday Bash

Chicas on the Rocks co-founder Grace Pérez-Arellano stepped behind the bar at All Day Baby for a high-energy birthday takeover celebrating the legendary Jorge.

The night featured a curated menu of specialty cocktails and "Papi Meals," blending ADB’s Silver Lake vibes with Grace’s signature mixology. It was a true neighborhood celebration of friendship, hospitality, and the best spirits in LA.
