Origin Story

The year was 2020.

Grace, Lorraine and Rebecca were bartending together in Highland Park, and the bar industry was changing. As more and more guests were opting for parties and cocktails at home, the ladies saw an opportunity to bring them a unique mobile bar experience. And Chicas on the Rocks was born.

Meet the Chicas Team

  • Grace Pérez

    BEVERAGE DIRECTOR, FOUNDER

    Having led bar programs at some of Los Angeles’s best bars and restaurants, Grace’s skills continue to be showcased in Mexico and across the country. She is inspired by ingredients commonly used in her culture while focusing on seasonality and local sourcing.

  • Viridiana Muñoz

    LEAD BARTENDER & INVENTORY SPECIALIST

    With a true heart for service, Viri revels in creating a memorable experience for our guests. Her professional background includes working internationally, where she gained valuable insight into global hospitality standards.

  • Rebecca Rivera

    CFO & DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, FOUNDER

    Possessing over two decades of industry experience, from upscale venues to dive bars, and everything in between, Rebecca has found herself most at home with her team at Chicas on the Rocks.

    Known for her charming service, Lorraine can make any guest feel at home. With origins in the Los Angeles bar scene, her warm, inviting nature will make anyone feel like a local.
